Powder coating is a type of paint that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin." It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
While powder coating started out as a finish for metal, advancements have led to the ability to cure the finish at lower temperatures which has opened the door to ceramics, plastics and even wood.
Powder Coatings are available in a large variety of colors, metallics, textures and special effects. Give us a call and let HYCC assist you in choosing the correct coating and color for your application.

Hydrographic Printing, or Hydro Dipping, is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional objects. The hydrographic process can be used on metal, plastic, glass, woods, and various other materials.

Yes! Most shops offering Hydrographic Printing use wet paints as both the base coat and the clear coat. But at HYCC we will use powder over wet paints whenever possible to assure a stronger, more durable finish.
